Jelly shot recipes

Strawberry & Gin

  • 1x 135gr of Strawberry Jelly cubes
  • ½ Pint of Boiling water
  • 100ml cold water (6x tbsp)
  • 50ml (2 tbsp) of Gin

Raspberry & Tequila

  • 1x 135gr of Raspberry Jelly cubes
  • ½ Pint of Boiling water
  • 100ml cold water (6x tbsp)
  • 50ml (2 tbsp) of Tequila

Orange & Cointreau

  • 1x 135gr of Orange Jelly cubes
  • ½ Pint of Boiling water
  • 100ml cold water (6x tbsp)
  • 50ml (2 tbsp) of Cointreau

Lime & Barcardi

  • 1x 135gr of lime Jelly cubes
  • ½ Pint of Boiling water
  • 100ml cold water (6x tbsp)
  • 50ml (2 tbsp) of Barcardi

Instructions

  • Break the jelly cubes up and place into a heatproof bowl, and stir in the boiling water until the cubes have melted.
  • Pour and stir in the cold water, then add the alcohol.
  • Pour into the Plastic pots and place into the fridge to set.
  • Repeat the same steps above for the Raspberry and Tequila, Orange and Cointreau and Lime and Barcardi jellies.

Want the jelly shots stronger?

Simply add an extra 50ml of cold water and 100ml of alcohol. Other flavours – Vodka and Orange / Tequila and Lime / Gin and Lemon.
